Category Manager Intern (Marine)

Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States. Relocation is indicated as available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct market research on trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales, inventory, and product performance data.
• Support category strategy development, product assortment optimization, and profitability initiatives.
• Assist with new product launches, promotional activities, and category management projects.
• Support pricing and channel strategy by region in a global teaming model.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Immediate authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week and periodically work more than 40 hours when required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in retail, marketing, supply chain management, or a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of relevant engineering principles.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently and professionally.
