Senior IT Consultant (RPA)

Location: Washington, DC; must be able to commute to Reston, VA or Washington, DC 2–3 times per week.

What you will do

• Lead PMO support for UiPath RPA user support, robot troubleshooting, process development, and implementation strategy.
• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA systems for federal finance and acquisition processes.
• Integrate automation with OCR, machine learning, natural language processing, APIs, databases, and AWS Cloud environments.
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Lead modernization, migration, change management, working groups, technical exchanges, and agile sprint cycles.
• Ensure business systems and processes comply with cybersecurity and financial audit requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with software development, configuration, testing, maintenance, cloud architecture, network architecture, and software engineering.
• Experience developing process automation solutions using agile delivery methods.
• Strong business analysis, system design, process re-engineering, requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management skills.
• Experience creating security documentation for agency cybersecurity compliance and certification under DoD Directive 8570.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• UiPath RPA Associate or UiPath RPA Developer certification.
• Experience with .NET, artificial intelligence, machine learning, commercial business software, or federal financial and acquisition management software.
• Intelligence Community IT experience.
• CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, AWS, or PMP certification.
