Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, onsite. US citizens only; security clearance required.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build backend systems, data infrastructure, machine learning systems, and AI agents.
• Process large volumes of multimodal and time-series data.
• Identify meaningful signals in highly noisy environments.
• Develop AI systems that reason and act over long time horizons.
• Own technically difficult problems end-to-end and influence what gets built.

Requirements

• Exceptional software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong experience with Python, backend systems, or machine learning.
• Experience owning difficult technical problems from end to end.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
• Must be a US citizen and hold or obtain the required security clearance.
