Salary: USD 110,000–125,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Structure, analyze, and execute cross-border bonds, private placements, debentures, securitizations, syndicated loans, and liability management transactions for Latin American borrowers.
• Build and analyze DCF, operating, debt sizing, debt capacity, LBO, comparable company, and precedent transaction models.
• Review credit agreements, collateral and security documents, concession contracts, offering memoranda, covenants, and cash flow mechanisms.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials covering capital structure, refinancing capacity, ratings implications, and corporate finance strategies.
• Support roadshows and syndication by preparing offering documentation and coordinating with syndicate desks, rating agencies, legal counsel, and investors.
• Guide and review the work of junior analysts and summer interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 0–1 years of direct investment banking, debt capital markets, or equivalent financial services experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary, cross-border teams.
• Ability to work in New York, United States.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, written and oral.
