Scrum Master-1 (SaaS)

What you will do

• Coach Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, estimation, ceremonies, artifacts, built-in quality, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate team-level ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Prepare and participate in SAFe train events, including PI planning breakouts, system demos, and ART syncs.
• Manage and optimize value flow, track user stories and capabilities, and communicate execution metrics.
• Manage risks and dependencies while collaborating with Product Management, Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Run Agile Team Maturity Assessments, define improvement actions, and track implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies; SAFe experience is beneficial.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Strong business understanding and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the Bogota office in Colombia.
• Technical knowledge of analytics and reporting solutions is desirable; experience in data teams is a strong plus.

• Technical background as a developer, quality assurance engineer, data analyst, or business analyst.
