Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects and programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, track commitments, and prepare status reports, executive updates, and leadership presentations.
• Align business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, offshore resources, and distributed teams on requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity management, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery across e-commerce, integration, backend, and enterprise service teams, including plant operations.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 for planning, collaboration, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management and/or Scrum Master roles supporting software development delivery.
• Extensive Agile experience, with the ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects and coordinating e-commerce, integrations, backend services, and enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, organization, time management, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors, geographically distributed teams, and offshore resources.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365; intermediate to upper-intermediate English.

Nice to have

• Systems analysis experience, including requirements analysis, dependency mapping, data flows, and process gap identification.
• Experience with retail or e-commerce platforms and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience leading product, platform, and enterprise integration initiatives.
