Junior Project Manager (Keet P2P) (100% remote)

Location: Remote, Bogotá, Distrito Capital de Bogotá, Colombia; collaboration across time zones, mostly asynchronously

What you will do

• Track Keet engine work across sprints, releases, issues, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives in an async-first environment.
• Coordinate dependencies between the engine team, Keet app and UI developers, and QA.
• Prepare status updates, release notes, meeting summaries, and internal documentation.
• Help triage bug reports and user feedback, route issues to engineers, and identify risks and blockers early.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role; internships and open-source involvement count.
• Excellent written English communication with the ability to explain technical progress clearly and concisely.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote, async-first team.
• Experience with issue trackers and project tools such as GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, or Linear.
• Comfort working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems, including P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, and replication.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, release processes, JavaScript, or Node.
• Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software.
• Agile or Scrum knowledge, a PSM or CAPM certification, and experience across multiple time zones.
