Commercial Manager (Data Center)

Location: Remote, associated with Toronto, ON and Vancouver, BC, Canada.

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to project stakeholders.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims.
• Enable timely project decisions through accurate cost documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
