BIM Lead - Water & Wastewater

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at 3381 Steeles Avenue East

Salary: CAD 110,400–138,000 annually

What you will do

• Set up and manage projects in BIM360, including plant layouts and discipline-specific project organization.
• Coordinate BIM activities across project teams and engineering disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and track issues to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Lay out and design vertical water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants and pump stations.
• Develop designs from conceptual through detailed design stages.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in civil or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM360, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ProjectWise, and Navisworks.
• CET certification with OACETT preferred.
