Commercial Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Tempe, or Boston, United States

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and variation communication.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims.
• Maintain clear cost documentation and timely communication to support project management and decision-making.
• Travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup from one of the listed United States locations.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
