Quickbase Technical Lead

Location: Remote, United States only; applicants must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship. Occasional travel is required for team and client meetings.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$140,000, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and development of scalable Quickbase applications, workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Serve as lead developer on client projects, translating solution designs into executable development tasks.
• Optimize application performance, usability, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and guide platform decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope, timelines, delivery quality, and project outcomes.
• Mentor developers, reinforce development standards, and identify opportunities to expand client platform adoption.

Requirements

• Current residence in the United States and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Quickbase development experience preferred.
• Experience designing Quickbase applications with workflows, data models, and automation.
• Strong understanding of process-driven applications, system design, and technical delivery.
• Consulting or client-facing experience, with the ability to mentor developers and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
