Location: Poland; remote full-time work or office-based work is available.

What you will do
- Search for and attract new iGaming and casino traffic partners through public pages, forums, chats, exhibitions, SEO, PPC, ASO, and Facebook.
- Work with Tier 1 markets and manage existing affiliate partners.
- Consult partners on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.
- Review commissions, monitor incoming traffic, and suppress fraud with company tools and the analytics team.
- Prepare traffic reports, meet planned KPIs, and present products at international exhibitions.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of proven affiliate marketing experience with Tier 1 markets in the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Experience working with brands on the operator or advertiser side.
- Experience with RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, flat-fee, and listing-commission models.
- Ability to use analytics tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems to measure traffic and campaign conversions.
- English at B2–C1 level and Russian at B2–C1 level.
- Stress resistance, conflict-resolution skills, multitasking, organization, and the ability to build long-term partner relationships.
