What you will do
- Own daily Cashback tions across key markets, including merchant setup, activation, cashback rates, promotions, campaigns, and CMS information.
- Manage tional processes with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, and Awin.
- Monitor tracking, investigate attribution and transaction discrepancies, and coordinate technical resolutions.
- Support merchant onboarding, campaign launches, promotional opportunities, and requests from merchants and affiliate networks.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Commercial, and Account Management teams.
- Analyze merchant and campaign performance, competitors, market trends, cashback rates, and promotional mechanics.
Requirements
- Professional experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, cashback, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CPA/CPS models, commissions, attribution, cookies, tracking, and affiliate networks.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Awin, Partnerize, or similar tools.
- Strong tional, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication with merchants, affiliate networks, Commercial teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with a cashback platform, affiliate publisher, affiliate network, e-commerce platform, or marketplace.
- Experience managing cashback merchants, rates, promotional campaigns, or merchant-funded promotions.
- Experience with international merchants in e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, or other consumer sectors.
- Experience supporting commission negotiations or working with Product teams on merchant-facing features.
