Affiliate Manager (Crypto) (Crypto/iGaming): Scaling high-quality traffic and affiliate networks for a crypto sportsbook and casino with an accent on partner acquisition, deal negotiation, and traffic profitability. Focus on modeling CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals, evaluating LTV and ROI, and optimizing conversion and retention metrics.
Location: Fully remote across Cyprus, Poland, Europe, Romania, and Spain.

What you will do
- Source, onboard, and activate affiliates, webmasters, and media buying teams in the crypto iGaming niche.
- Structure, negotiate, and launch CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership deals.
- Evaluate deal economics, including LTV, ROI/ROMI, traffic profitability, and margin.
- Monitor conversion and product metrics such as CR, FTD, retention, and NGR.
- Manage and scale existing affiliate relationships by optimizing commercial terms based on performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with crypto-focused traffic sources and crypto casinos.
- An established network of affiliate partners and webmasters in iGaming.
- Experience working with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deal structures.
- Ability to model unit economics, project LTV, and assess profitability using product metrics.
- Knowledge of affiliate acquisition across SEO, PPC, social, streamers, and crypto media.
