Senior Product Designer (AI & Robotics)

Location: Remote; at least 4 hours of daily overlap with New York (UTC-4)

What you will do

• Partner with CEOs, product managers, and engineers from the earliest stages of product development.
• Conduct lean discovery by mapping jobs-to-be-done, interviewing users, analyzing insights, and creating user flows.
• Design interfaces in Figma from sketches and wireframes through prototypes and polished visual designs.
• Ship product slices weekly and create bite-sized interactions and micro-animations that communicate clearly.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience designing complex applications.
• A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strong visual execution, focused on product interfaces rather than landing pages or brand design.
• Strong combination of product thinking and visual design skills.
• Fully fluent English and the ability to explain design trade-offs clearly.
• Curiosity about robotics, AI, or aviation, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with New York (UTC-4).

Nice to have

• Motion design experience with Principle, Rive, Lottie, or After Effects.
• Data visualization fundamentals.
• Agency or startup experience.
