Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within all U.S. states

hirify.global develops tax preparation software that helps individuals and businesses find credits and deductions and maximize their tax refunds.

What you will do

• Create user experiences, interfaces, journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web, mobile, and AI-driven touchpoints.
• Design generative AI features and define reusable AI-native interaction patterns across the product ecosystem.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to explore concepts, prototype solutions, and improve how design work gets done.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, and data science to define, iterate, and ship features.
• Recommend metrics, measure design outcomes, and use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize improvements.
• Present strategies and recommendations, using storytelling and persuasion to influence product vision and design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in UX, interaction design, communication design, information architecture, psychology, HCI, human factors, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing software, web applications, or mobile native apps.
• 3+ years of experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep proficiency with AI-powered design tools and workflows, including experience integrating AI into the design process and championing adoption.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features or products, such as conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, predictive workflows, or agentic experiences, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with end-to-end design, stakeholder influence, data-informed decision-making, presentations, and maintaining accountability for AI-assisted outputs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant design or human-computer interaction field.
• Experience shipping end-to-end AI workflows to production with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and applying responsible AI principles, including bias awareness, transparency, and user trust.
