Digital Procurement Operations (AI)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Frisco, Texas; or San Diego, California, United States

Base pay range: $117,000–$158,500 per year for San Diego, California.

What you will do

• Co-own the evolution of the PR-to-PO operating model and support ERP-related agent, orchestration, and systems initiatives.
• Modernize procurement workflows through automation, AI-assisted process design, and agentic solutions.
• Own purchase requisition and purchase order quality control, compliance standards, escalations, and the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle.
• Manage KPIs, dashboards, standard operating procedures, SLAs, and e-procurement platform configuration.
• Partner with Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A, Accounting, and Technology on future-state intelligent buying.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to the Buy Desk Advisor team and contingent staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement operations experience with leadership scope beyond individual contributor work.
• Experience mentoring or functionally guiding a procurement or operations team.
• Strong executive-facing communication, cross-functional leadership, change management, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted process design or lightweight tool-building, including Claude or a similar tool.
• Strong knowledge of accounting codes, contract terms, queue management, compliance, and tight SLAs.
• Advanced Excel and extensive Coupa experience; a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or other e-procurement and ERP platforms.
• Experience building and owning reporting dashboards.
