Supply Chain Planning Engineer

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; additional locations include Peoria, Illinois and Dallas, Texas. This position requires working onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available, and the role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Analyze data and business information to prioritize opportunities for improved performance, inventory utilization, and cost-effective supply chains.
• Evaluate improvement opportunities and return on investment.
• Develop partnerships with suppliers, business partners, and internal functions.
• Research and apply industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to supplier and product supply chains.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and support operational excellence across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effectiveness measurement techniques and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate work across divisions.
• Project management knowledge, including planning, monitoring, and resource control.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and operational efficiency practices.
• Knowledge of supplier management and manufacturing supply chain management.
