Product Designer, Terminal (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States; Toronto office option available. Remote employees are expected to work regularly from home and may attend meetings, off-sites, meet-ups, and events in the office. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.

Annual US base salary: $133,200–$238,900. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process.

What you will do

• Understand user workflows and pain points, then produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs.
• Define product direction and experiences for new payment features with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy partners.
• Prototype user experiences for research and internal communication.
• Design seamless dashboard experiences across Stripe.
• Conduct user research to validate design decisions before launch.
• Collaborate with design systems teams to use and improve templates and components.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven technology company.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design craft.
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping.
• Close collaboration experience with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts.
• Must be located in Canada or the United States for the remote option.
