Senior Product Designer (Full-Stack)

hirify.global builds NEAR Intents, an intent-based transaction layer for the AI economy, and near.com, a permissionless financial account for managing assets across blockchains.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for near.com, from discovery and product definition through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Translate complex financial and cross-chain functionality into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready web and mobile interfaces.
• Shape conversational interfaces and AI-powered financial agent experiences.
• Conduct user research, test assumptions, analyze product behavior, and improve the product experience.
• Build a scalable design system and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth on product strategy and delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or consumer finance.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, strong interaction and visual design, and measurable product impact.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and technical concepts into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems, with close collaboration experience with Product and Engineering.
• High ownership, sound product judgment, and familiarity with blockchain products, wallets, trading, DeFi, or cross-chain applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial dashboards, wallets, trading products, portfolio tools, or AI-powered interfaces.
• Knowledge of signing, bridging, swaps, gas, permissions, and transaction states.
• Experience with user research, product analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization.
• High-fidelity interactive prototyping skills and familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or design-to-code workflows.
• Experience establishing or scaling a design system in an early-stage product.
