Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote across the United States; listed locations include New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Base salary: $120K–$130K annually.

What you will do

• Design user-centered experiences that improve the usability, accessibility, and visual quality of the banking platform.
• Create pixel-perfect designs that enhance and expand the product.
• Lead designs from initial concepts through production while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Develop and evolve design systems, prototypes, and supporting product assets.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and product stakeholders to solve complex banking needs.

Requirements

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality consumer-facing and/or enterprise-facing design work.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and turn early-stage ideas into actionable outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
