Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid working arrangement with flexible hours and 5 days of working from home per month; collaboration spans Europe, the US, and Asia.

What you will do

• Lead major projects such as launching an AI Studio product and onboarding global clients.
• Serve as the primary communication point for customers, Customer Success, production, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and capacity across multiple locations and resolve complex delivery issues.
• Create project plans, roadmaps, charters, reports, and post-project reviews from project initiation through completion.
• Establish and enforce project governance, documentation, and standard practices across departments.
• Identify delivery risks early, communicate deviations, and implement recovery plans for timeline or budget issues.

Requirements

• PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification is mandatory.
• Fluent professional English at C1 level or above is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, high-impact projects with many stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Experience managing client-facing projects in multilingual and cross-cultural environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership, assertiveness, honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
