Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives (E-commerce)

Location: 100% onsite at the Copenhagen NV office, Denmark. International candidates are welcome. Fluent English is required; Danish is not required.

hirify.global is an international Danish furniture company combining product development, distinctive design, ecommerce, and international operations to build a global furniture brand.

What you will do

• Own a prioritised portfolio of commercial and strategic projects from analysis and scoping through implementation, measurement, and handover.
• Develop recommendations on pricing, market opportunities, product profitability, and international growth.
• Build business cases that clarify assumptions, trade-offs, and recommended decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations, resolving dependencies and raising risks early.
• Prepare decision materials for the CEO and leadership team, contribute to leadership meetings and offsites, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Translate annual priorities and quarterly goals into practical plans, and support selected organisational projects such as onboarding, company values, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business development, or a similar role in a growing business.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of growth, profitability, and business economics.
• Analytical skills including financial modelling, business cases, and working with imperfect data.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Fluent English required; Danish is not required. The role is 100% onsite in Copenhagen NV.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing, consumer businesses, DTC, or ecommerce.
• International experience and confidence working across markets and cultures.
