Senior Sourcing Manager, New Product Development

Location: Hybrid in Anoka, Minnesota, United States; minimum 10% travel required.

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead supply strategy for critical new product programs from initial concept through serial production.
• Act as the primary supply chain contact for key account customers and program supplier issues.
• Coordinate category sourcing, supplier quality, and new product introduction specialists against program milestones.
• Lead supplier selection, capability assessment, negotiations, and supplier technology forums with engineering.
• Deliver cost and productivity commitments through early sourcing, design-for-manufacturability, and supplier lean initiatives.
• Manage capacity, ramp-up, tooling, supply risk readiness, leadership reporting, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or new product development preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing complex sourcing categories.
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts and sourcing for new product development.
• Strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional influence, supplier analysis, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Anoka, Minnesota, United States, with at least 10% travel.
