Director, Business Insights Delivery & Analytics Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $132,800–$219,100, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentives.

What you will do

• Set the vision, roadmap, backlog, objectives, and milestones for a portfolio of claims data and insights products.
• Lead business demand intake, assess value, and align delivery priorities with long-term business and enterprise goals.
• Serve as Product Owner for engineers and analysts in an Agile insights delivery environment.
• Drive adoption of reporting, guided analytics, self-service, embedded, augmented, and data-as-a-service capabilities.
• Coordinate with data engineering, architecture, governance, security, and internal and external partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Coach team members, support skill development, and present complex data stories to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience with business intelligence tools, techniques, data manipulation, or a related area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to understand business strategy and align data and analytics initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Strong technical understanding of delivery methods, platforms, and their applications.
• Ability to define data and information delivery strategies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Hartford, United States.
