Director, AI Business Enablement Strategist (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with four days in the office and flexibility to work remotely one day per week

Base salary: USD 120,000–225,000, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop a shared AI strategy and coordinated roadmap for the Infrastructure Platform in partnership with the COO, infrastructure leaders, Chief Product Owners, and the enterprise AI organization.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities, redesign end-to-end workflows, and translate priorities into product roadmaps, investment cases, ownership, and delivery plans.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across risk, finance, operations, human resources, legal and compliance, technology, and shared enterprise services.
• Coordinate AI programs, platforms, governance, responsible AI practices, model lifecycle standards, and risk controls across Infrastructure.
• Manage the AI initiative portfolio, define success measures, and track productivity, efficiency, service quality, and risk-reduction outcomes.
• Lead workforce transformation, AI literacy, capability development, role evolution, and change management for AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, operating model, or business enablement initiatives involving AI-native workloads.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and emerging agentic technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale.
• Experience partnering with senior executives, Product Owners, technology leaders, cross-functional delivery teams, and centralized AI or technology organizations.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, enterprise AI operating models, and product operating models.
• Ability to work from the Boston office four days per week and influence outcomes in a complex matrixed organization without direct authority.
