Director, Product Management (Airline Technology)

Location: Herndon Headquarters; remote-first work from home in your country of hire

Salary: $193,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the order management portfolio, including sales data exchange, settlement services, and taxes.
• Lead the transition from tickets, EMDs, and legacy revenue accounting to Offers and Orders.
• Drive settlement and tax calculations upstream into offer creation and ensure results flow into orders for downstream settlement and delivery.
• Partner with IATA, ARC, ACH, and other airline industry bodies to shape standards and end-to-end processes.
• Analyze markets and customers, optimize budgets and resources, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional product development and represent hirify.global in airline technology modernization.

Requirements

• Experience leading product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycles across a portfolio of products.
• Experience with airline order management, settlement services, taxes, Offers and Orders, or related airline technology domains.
• Ability to collaborate with commercial, strategy, marketing, finance, and technical teams.
• Experience analyzing customer and market needs and aligning products with business value.
• Experience mentoring product managers and promoting customer-centric, Lean, and Agile practices.
• Work must be based in the country of hire; the role is associated with the Herndon Headquarters.
