Salary: $65,440–$98,160 USD annually. Geographic-specific ranges may apply, including $72,000–$108,000 and $75,280–$112,920.

What you will do

• Consult with business partners across the enterprise to monitor spending, develop forecasts and budgets, and analyze expense results.
• Analyze variances between actual and planned financial results.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for finance and business leadership.
• Build financial models and support special projects to evaluate business performance, cost drivers, unit costs, and expense benchmarks.
• Challenge assumptions in forecasts and projections and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Ensure expense activity follows accounting controls, company policies, and statutory or GAAP accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Typically three or more years of financial management or financial planning and analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, budgeting, problem-solving, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience with financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and expense reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners and communicate insights through data, narratives, and visualizations.
