Technology Workforce Optimization Lead

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives focused on workforce strategy, IT automation, process improvement, financial strategy, and data and analytics strategy.
• Optimize the Technology workforce, reduce reliance on contractors, and align labor initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Refine organizational designs and define and monitor team execution plans as business conditions evolve.
• Facilitate regular reviews with Technology leaders and monitor workforce composition and organizational design implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and use data-driven analysis to monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology; a graduate degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with consulting or strategy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with program management, vendor management, project management fundamentals, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, storytelling, visual design, and PowerPoint skills.
• Conversant in Agile development practices with an understanding of the software development lifecycle and broad technology concepts.
• Must have current and future U.S. work authorization without employer-sponsored visa support.
