Supervisor, Azure Data Integration & Migration

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation range: CAD 88,000–162,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise data integration and migration engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications.
• Oversee extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
• Supervise and mentor data integration and migration professionals, providing technical guidance and delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with business, data, technical, and project management stakeholders to define scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Design and implement cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS integration solutions with solution architects and engineers.
• Support project execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, pre-sales activities, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data integration and migration roles.
• Experience leading migration or integration workstreams for complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidations.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, integration architectures, data quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and enterprise integration tools.
• Leadership experience in a consulting or delivery environment, plus familiarity with DevOps, version control, and structured delivery methods.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, or system rationalization.
• Familiarity with Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, event-driven integration, cloud and hybrid data architectures.
• Exposure to data reconciliation, financial balancing, audit support, consulting, and executive-level communication.
• Relevant technical or cloud certifications.
