Lead IT Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Data Platforms)

What you will do

• Lead complex, data-driven technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Direct enterprise-scale implementations of Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Ataccama, and other data management platforms.
• Provide project and program governance aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee delivery using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, governance teams, and business stakeholders on data engineering and platform architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years managing complex technology or data-driven projects, including 5+ years leading enterprise data platform implementations.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Ataccama, and at least one major cloud environment: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, pipeline orchestration, data modeling, Master Data Management, data quality, lineage, and cataloging.
• Experience working with data privacy and compliance frameworks in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience in utilities, energy, healthcare, financial services, or other heavily regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI/ML enablement.
