Customer Onboarding Manager (Implementation Project Manager)

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through successful transition to Customer Success and Support.
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to configure solutions, coordinate custom development, and train customers on the platform.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, agencies, and third parties to understand business and technical goals.
• Drive early adoption by defining KPIs, success metrics, and ROI objectives.
• Improve onboarding processes, training materials, workshops, and tailored onsite or remote enablement sessions.
• Document stakeholder roles and hierarchies while ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
• Technical background with the ability to read API documentation and understand HTML, CSS, XML, basic data structures, and data flows.
• Strong project, time, and task management skills, including the ability to manage multiple short- to medium-term projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
• Understanding of webhooks and APIs; experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, Google Analytics, CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Agile, PMP, or Prince2 project management qualifications.
• Experience with AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms.
