Senior Project Manager (Controls & Digitalization)

What you will do

• Lead complex Controls & Digitalization projects across Latin America for power generation and industrial customers.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, contracts, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Commissioning, Service, and Sales teams across multiple countries.
• Act as the primary customer interface and maintain project governance, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive implementation of automation systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA, turbine controls, electrical systems, cybersecurity solutions, and digital technologies.
• Monitor financial performance, mitigate risks, improve execution, and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
• Solid project management experience in industrial, energy, automation, digitalization, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering projects involving control systems, industrial automation, digitalization, DCS, PLC, SCADA, electrical systems, or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies, financial management, risk management, and change order administration.
• Experience leading multicultural and multinational teams and managing technically and commercially complex customer-facing projects.
• Advanced English required for meetings, customer discussions, and project activities; Spanish is advantageous. PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
