Senior Resource Planning Specialist (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage resource planning and allocation of personnel, equipment, and other resources across multiple clinical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and department leaders to assess resource needs, forecast demand, and improve utilization.
• Develop and maintain resource planning tools and systems for tracking availability, usage, and future needs.
• Identify resource bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies, then propose optimization solutions.
• Provide reports and strategic insights on resource trends, usage, and projections to support leadership decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in resource planning, project management, or operations, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
• Proficiency with resource management software and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing resource needs.
