Sr. IT Product Analyst (Oracle)

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, United States. Monday through Thursday is onsite with colleagues; Friday offers flexibility in work location. The role can also be performed remotely, with limited travel potentially required.

Annual base salary: $95,700–$199,300.

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap and technical debt for a financial management product portfolio in partnership with Product Owners.
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements, solution designs, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
• Coordinate Agile development, testing, deployment, Scrum ceremonies, incremental delivery, and technical documentation.
• Oversee application and interface maintenance, including disaster recovery, audit controls, database and platform upgrades, security, accessibility, and regression testing.
• Lead incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, escalated ticket resolution, and application health and performance monitoring with support and DevOps teams.
• Coordinate vendor licensing, annual planning, budget and risk tracking, KPI reporting, and release schedules with business and IT leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, MIS, or a related technical field preferred, with 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Strong business process analysis, business partnering, ownership, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP financials and projects; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Experience with Agile structures, roles, principles, LEAN methodologies, and product development.
• Ability to translate complex and loosely defined business needs into system requirements and manage multiple high-visibility workstreams.
• Ability to work onsite in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday, with limited travel potentially required.
