Finance Director, Western Europe B2B E-Commerce

Location: London, with another listed location in Billund. Hybrid working allows working from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Act as the strategic Finance Business Partner and co-pilot to the VP of B2B E-commerce Western Europe.
• Represent Finance within the B2B E-commerce Leadership Team and steer performance across 10 markets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and close processes supporting business commitments.
• Provide financial insight for growth, profitability, value creation and investment decisions.
• Strengthen commercial investment effectiveness, financial governance and performance management.
• Support the B2B e-commerce strategy and the business unit’s path to sustainable profitability.

Requirements

• Experience leading commercial finance and financial planning activities.
• Experience delivering performance insights across multiple markets.
• Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders and leadership teams.
• Ability to lead discussions on investment effectiveness and financial governance without direct reporting authority.
• Strong financial experience, commercial mindset and ability to influence decisions through financial analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience improving ROI and productivity of commercial investments, including trade investment and demand-generation activities.
• Experience in an international, multi-market commercial finance environment.
