Strategic Financial Governance Lead (Telecoms)

Location: Reading, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month

What you will do

• Manage commercial governance for intercompany Networks and IT relationships covering more than £0.4bn in annual contract value.
• Develop long-term commercial strategies for intercompany services with business owners.
• Lead negotiations for agreements, service scopes, change requests, work orders, contract variations, and disputes.
• Build and lead virtual, cross-functional teams while coordinating procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain an 18-month rolling view of contract commitments for budgeting and forecasting.
• Represent hirify.globalThree at governance meetings and ensure compliance with delegated authority and governance processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing and negotiating high-value, complex contractual arrangements in technology.
• Experience in commercial finance, contract governance, and strategic planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with the telecoms industry and intercompany service models.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Availability for a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract.
