SAP Security & Compliance Specialist (GRC): Designing and administering SAP security roles, GRC processes, and RevTrac transport controls for secure, compliant enterprise systems with an accent on access governance, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and change control. What you will do
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve SAP security roles, authorization concepts, and access models.
- Administer SAP GRC processes and support access governance, risk mitigation, and compliance activities.
- Manage SAP transport controls and serve as the subject matter expert for RevTrac administration and process improvement.
- Align access and change processes with segregation of duties, traceability, and enterprise control requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Support audit requests, walkthroughs, remediation activities, and collaboration across technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Senior analyst-level experience supporting SAP Security.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC design and administration.
- Hands-on experience with RevTrac and transport or change control processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP role design, access controls, governance principles, and audit documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and independent-work skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of segregation of duties and access risk management.
- Experience standardizing SAP security and transport control processes.
- Familiarity with regulated or highly controlled business environments.
- Experience supporting cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives.
