SAP Access Control Engineer (SAP GRC)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $128,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate security and access-control frameworks across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and SuccessFactors landscapes.
• Design SAP roles and manage user provisioning.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and support audit remediation activities.
• Operate SAP GRC Access Control components including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
• Support SAP Process Control and maintain secure, auditable environments.
• Partner with audit, compliance, and business teams on SAP security and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of SAP Security or GRC experience in enterprise landscapes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• Deep experience with SAP GRC Access Control and working knowledge of SAP Process Control.
• Experience securing Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP applications, plus familiarity with SAP IDM or third-party IGA tools.
• U.S. work authorization is required; applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates.

Nice to have

• SAP Security or GRC certification.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity services, including IAS, IPS, and SCIM integrations.
• Familiarity with HANA security, analytic privileges, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Exposure to SAP RISE or Grow security operating models.
