Senior Compensation Partner (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California, USA; four days per week in the office and Fridays from home for employees near an office.

Base salary: $138,000–$190,000 USD annually, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership, managers, and People Business Partners to develop compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market analyses to support competitive compensation structures and internal equity.
• Lead the design and implementation of base salary, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and other departments on compensation offerings for recruitment.
• Create clear materials explaining compensation programs and benefits to employees.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office four days per week if located near an office.
