Mining Technology & Change Consultant (MineStar)

Location: Full-time onsite in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, five days per week. The role requires 25–50% travel to mine sites across North America. Domestic relocation to Canada is available.

Salary: CAD 96,260–120,320 per year.

What you will do

• Lead MineStar technology implementations at customer mine sites from planning through deployment.
• Coordinate customers, dealers, and cross-functional internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consult with mining customers to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Lead change across people, processes, and technology to support adoption of MineStar solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, documentation, training, and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve MineStar implementation practices across customer sites.

Requirements

• Experience working at mine sites or within mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational environments and customer needs.
• Strong aptitude for technology and the ability to understand complex technical solutions, including mining technology, operational technology, fleet management, autonomy, or related systems.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor, influence stakeholders, and lead operational change without direct authority.
• Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and relationship-management skills.
• Must work onsite in Edmonton five days per week, travel 25–50%, and be eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
