Director, Intelligent Enterprise Transformation Leader - Finance

Location: Toronto, Canada. Full-time role with in-person presence required for large or sensitive transformations; travel may reach 50%.

Compensation: CAD 130,000–238,700 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead future-state operating-model and end-to-end process design for Finance and Operations transformations across ERP, cloud, data, and AI-enabled environments.
• Own human-centered design, including user research, personas, journey maps, prototyping, and testing with Finance, operations, and service users.
• Lead organizational change and adoption, including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness scoring, and benefits tracking.
• Manage backlog refinement, value mapping, sprint demonstrations, increment planning, and outcome tracking with the client Product Owner and delivery leads.
• Present evidence of business change to executive sponsors, steering committees, and risk committees while escalating delivery risks with recommended actions.
• Mentor consulting professionals and contribute to transformation methods, proposals, reusable intellectual property, and account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of consulting or advisory experience, including leadership of business-side transformation on large enterprise technology programs.
• Experience owning Finance operating models and end-to-end process design across ERP, cloud, data, or AI-enabled programs.
• Experience leading funded change and adoption workstreams with measurable targets linked to benefits realization.
• Experience with Agile or scaled-Agile delivery, product backlog ownership, backlog refinement, and sprint demonstrations.
• Strong executive presence, practical understanding of modern ERP, cloud, data, and AI capabilities, and commitment to responsible AI with human accountability.
• Ability to work in Toronto and travel as needed, generally up to 50%, with in-person presence on major programs.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA focused on Accounting, Finance, or Operations.
• Experience designing operating models for Finance, supply chain, or shared-services functions.
• Experience establishing AI and automation governance from a business-process and control perspective.
• Prosci/ADKAR, design-thinking, service-design, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
