Sr. Threat Hunting Intelligence Analyst II (Remote)

Location: USA — Remote

Base salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own a dedicated customer account and act as a trusted advisor to customer security teams.
• Execute tailored threat hunting, dark web research, and customer-specific threat intelligence operations.
• Prepare and deliver intelligence reports, dark web alerts, threat hunting findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Respond to customer requests involving threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• Collaborate across CrowdStrike teams to develop creative solutions for complex customer challenges.
• Research new topics, improve threat hunting services, and develop specialized intelligence expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in at least two areas including incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
• Experience investigating targeted threats involving advanced persistent threats, organized crime, and hacktivists.
• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, intelligence tradecraft, and data communication concepts.
• Technical understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, interconnected ecosystems, and security across multiple cloud environments.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience validating security controls against complex attacks using MITRE ATT&CK, security validation methods, and automated testing.
