Product Management Transformation and AI Excellence Director (AI)

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of hirify.global's future-state Product Management operating model.
• Reimagine product management processes from idea generation and commercialization through lifecycle management and retirement.
• Embed automation, predictive insights, and generative AI into product management workflows.
• Define global workflows, governance structures, roles, decision frameworks, and performance measures.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment across Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and Data & Analytics.
• Own the operating model after implementation and drive adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives and implementing enterprise processes or operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive influence, facilitation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience driving organizational change across global organizations.
• Ability to work in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation Management, Portfolio Management, or Product Development processes.
• Experience incorporating AI, automation, digital capabilities, or workflow technologies into business processes.
• Experience with consulting firms or enterprise transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Design Thinking.
