Salary: $150,000–$194,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise application strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, application management standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Lead and develop functional and technical teams responsible for enterprise applications.
• Oversee application selection, implementation, integrations, upgrades, releases, and retirements.
• Improve application performance, security, compliance, automation, analytics, and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field; 5+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in enterprise application management, IT strategy, or business systems.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or ITSM platforms.
• Experience aligning technology solutions with strategic business goals and working with business leaders.
• Knowledge of systems integration, data management, application governance, vendor relationships, and enterprise software contracts.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, IT strategy, or business systems.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or retail.
• ITIL, ERP, or CRM certifications.
• Experience with digital transformation or large-scale IT implementations.
