Parts Specialist II

What you will do

• Provide accurate service-parts information and support to the authorized dealer network.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts, resolving routine and non-routine requests.
• Maintain parts orders using standard to moderately complex SAP transactions.
• Coordinate with shipping facilities to resolve order issues and track customer requests through resolution.
• Meet service metrics, de-escalate complex contacts, and maintain product knowledge through training.
• Mentor less experienced Parts Specialists and participate in process and policy improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Strong customer service, communication, order and inventory management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of engine and generator maintenance schedules and requirements.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
• Electrical or mechanical ability to read exploded views.
• Developing leadership skills and an interest in continuous improvement.
