Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management Programs

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Lead and support delivery of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program and related operational risk initiatives.
• Contribute to program strategy, regulatory alignment, process improvements, and future program direction.
• Apply program and project management practices to deliver enhancements on time and within scope.
• Provide subject matter expertise on governance, risk, and compliance system design and implementation.
• Lead reporting, data analytics, monitoring, planning, methodology enhancements, and ad hoc analysis.
• Deliver stakeholder communication, training, guidance, and team coaching across lines of defence.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk program management, reporting and data analytics, change management, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of business structures, regulatory requirements, operational risk processes, and procedures.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance systems, risk assessments, and control frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Availability for a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week on-site in Toronto.
