Business System Analyst (SCM System Support) - Bilingual (English/Korean)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and administrative issues.
• Analyze forecasting, allocation, channel, sell-out, inventory, and other SCM data.
• Maintain data integrity and interfaces between SCM systems, including NERP and Web Systems.
• Coordinate with business users and the development team at headquarters in Korea to document requirements and improve business processes.
• Validate new SCM features, train users, and provide implementation feedback.
• Monitor system irregularities and provide technical and advisory support to maintain operational continuity.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing SCM processes, data, and interfaces between multiple systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• 5+ years of functional Supply Chain Management experience in forecasting, RTF, and allocation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in information management or a related field.
• Advanced bilingual communication skills in English and Korean are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced Planning system experience.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude or Cowork.
