Recruiter (Fintech): Leading end-to-end engineering recruitment for on-chain infrastructure powering digital capital markets, with an accent on sourcing scarce backend, blockchain, and financial systems talent. Focus on building technical pipelines, improving evidence-based interview processes, advising leaders on market conditions, and using hiring data and AI tools to improve conversion and time to hire.
Location: Onsite in Belfast, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Own the engineering hiring pipeline from intake through accepted offer across multiple concurrent searches.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role profiles, seniority, interview loops, and salary targets.
- Build direct-sourcing strategies for scarce engineering profiles and conduct targeted outreach.
- Assess technical candidates, run debriefs, manage offers, references, and compensation discussions.
- Improve interview questions, scorecards, and interviewer capability in Teamtailor.
- Track pipeline conversion and time to hire, manage agency partners, and report progress in weekly hiring syncs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring software engineers.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and the ability to distinguish seniority and validate candidate contributions.
- Experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles through direct sourcing.
- Ability to partner with engineering leaders, manage multiple searches, and maintain candidate experience.
- Experience using data and tools, including AI, to improve recruiting efficiency.
- Ability to work onsite from the Belfast office.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for blockchain, Web3, or fintech engineering teams.
- Knowledge of the Belfast and London engineering markets.
- Experience running early-career or placement student programs.
- Experience with Teamtailor or a similar ATS.
