Finance Analyst - P2P/O2C/R2R

What you will do

• Process assigned invoices within required turnaround times.
• Follow up on parked documents and resolve blocked invoices.
• Process reversals, corrections, recodes, and GRIR queries.
• Coordinate with external clients and internal stakeholders by email to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing timelines.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1.5–4 years of relevant business, BPO, or KPO experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting concepts.
• Experience processing invoices for the APAC region.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, another ERP system, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia required. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail are also required.
